In this page you will find some information and images of my travels through Europe.
In March 2024 I went on a circular tour of Iceland. The trip I chose visited some of Iceland's natural wonders - Waterfalls, Hot springs, Fjords, Mountains and much more.
Below is a gallery of some of the images that I took. You will also find a link to a  more extensive collection of pictures taken during this trip.

The massive waterfall of Gullfoss ['Golden Falls']. One of Europe's largest waterfalls by size and water flow volume. It is located on the Hvita river and the water falls over a total distance of 21 meters in two stages. Typically there is approximately 140 cubic meters per second of water flowing during the spring melt in April to June.
